Club Sahaya ("the Platform") acts strictly as a technical bridge to connect individuals who need help with individuals who are willing to give help. The Platform does not collect, hold, or manage any community funds. All financial transactions occur directly between the members' personal bank accounts or UPI IDs.
All contributions made by members to other members are purely voluntary and are considered unconditional gifts. These contributions are non-refundable. You should only give help if you are financially able to do so and understand that you are giving it as a gift to a fellow community member.
While the system uses an algorithm to find receivers, the Service Provider does not guarantee that any member will receive help. Receipt of help depends entirely on the voluntary actions of other members. The Platform is not liable for any member's failure to receive help.
In compliance with the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978, and the BUDS Act, 2019:
Users are required to provide accurate information, including their PAN (Permanent Account Number). Providing false information or using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
The Service Provider (Club Sahaya) shall not be responsible for any disputes, fraudulent transactions, or losses arising from interactions between members. Users are advised to verify the identity of the receiver before sending any help.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be engaging in "system gaming," creating multiple fake accounts, or engaging in disputes that harm the community's integrity.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruvalla,Kerala.India..
